Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, creating, and publishing content for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube).
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with the online community in a professional and brand-consistent manner.
  • Support the creation of graphics, videos, and written content to align with campaigns and brand voice.
  • Track and report on key social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to suggest innovative content ideas.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and brand storytelling.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to scheduling, posting, and maintaining the content calendar.

Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of major social media platforms and their features.
  • Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of digital marketing.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later).
  • Basic understanding of analytics and reporting tools.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and visual storytelling.
