We're hiring medical group case closers - not processors, not task‑takers. What You'll Do: Recover provider group overpayments through assertive, persuasive phone outreach. Own each provider process from first contact to approved repayment. Advance 20+ productive calls/day with real movement, not just activity. Navigate objections & escalations professionally and persistently. Document cleanly using compliant templates and Excel tracking.
