Responsibilities:

The Deals Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the real estate transactions and deal management processes within Zoocasa.This role involves coordinating various aspects of real estate deals through the completed transaction process ensuring accurate documentation, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and maintaining organized records to subsequently record these deals into internal systems for processing and financial reconciliation. Working under the Senior Manager, Finance and Revenue Operations, the Deals Administrator participates in the smooth execution of real estate transaction documentation, commissions distribution and contributes to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Finance team.
