Our multi-faceted real estate services span advisory, transactions, and transaction advisory, embedded within a broader Deals environment including mergers and acquisitions, infrastructure, corporate finance, financial due diligence, and debt and capital advisory. Trusted with significant urban regeneration, housing, and institutional and commercial development projects, alongside complex strategy and advisory engagements, this role offers the opportunity to lead client engagements, shape advice, and contribute to the growth of our practice in a collaborative, flexible, and supportive environment. Your responsibilities will include: Leading and managing client engagements, acting as a trusted advisor to clients. Owning delivery of real estate advisory and transaction engagements, including scope, quality, and timelines. Leading the day-to-day execution and technical direction of projects, including financial modelling, technical analysis, and client reporting. Developing project plans, fee proposals, and high-quality deliverables to ensure successful outcomes. Managing and overseeing project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery. Acting as a key point of contact for clients and senior stakeholders, internally and externally. Mentoring and coaching analysts, supporting capability development across the team. Contributing to business development, including proposal development, client relationship growth, and market opportunities. Ngā pūkenga ka kawea mai e koe, ka whakawhanakehia rānei i tēnei tūranga / Skills you will bring or develop in this role A relevant tertiary qualification in valuation & property management or similar, alongside 5+ years of related industry experience. Strong experience delivering real estate advisory, transaction, or development projects. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders. Advanced financial analysis and scenario modelling capability. Strong understanding of the property lifecycle and development process. Understanding of commercial strategies and sales processes, including outright sales and structured transactions. Experience contributing to due diligence processes, risk identification, and mitigation strategies. Valuation experience (preferred but not essential). Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
