Description

About the Role: Our Deals Tax team collaborates with our Deals practice to advise on the tax implications of various projects, including Business Recovery Services, Real Assets & Credit, and Mergers and Acquisitions. As part of the broader Corporate Tax network, we emphasize collaboration and cross-specialization to drive innovation and succeed in servicing clients globally. The team is supported by specialists in areas like stamp, VAT, capital allowances, and tax compliance, working together to deliver comprehensive solutions. Within the Deals Tax practice, the Infrastructure sub-team provides transaction services to major infrastructure funds, institutional investors, and corporate and private clients investing in infrastructure and new energy markets. This role within the specialist Energy & Infrastructure sub-team offers an opportunity to join a dedicated, growing team that supports skill and career development in Deals Tax and Energy & Infrastructure. The team handles high-profile domestic and international transactions across sectors such as regulated utilities, renewable energy, and technology infrastructure. As part of this dynamic team, you’ll work closely with clients to highlight the impact of tax as a key value driver in transactions, acting as a strategic consultant to structure deals that meet commercial objectives while managing tax obligations. The deal-based nature of the work involves collaboration with client stakeholders, investment banks, legal advisors, and PwC teams locally and overseas, enabling you to build a network to deliver best-in-class solutions to clients.
