Off the back of strong growth, we’re looking for an experienced Director to join us in Tāmaki Makaurau / Auckland. You’ll shape strategy, lead high-performing teams and collaborate across the firm to deliver outstanding, tech-enabled insights for our clients. Ngā kōrero mō tēnei tūranga / About the role As Director you will: Lead engagements—guide financial due diligence, risk assessment and deal documentation across mergers, acquisitions and other complex transactions. Advise strategically—work shoulder-to-shoulder with C-suite and investors to structure deals that achieve their objectives. Grow relationships—deepen existing accounts and open new ones, aligning PwC’s broad capabilities to client needs. Develop people—mentor a talented team, champion wellbeing and foster an inclusive, growth-mindset culture. Drive innovation—stay ahead of market trends and leverage our global network and cutting-edge digital tools. Accelerate growth—identify and convert new opportunities in a buoyant market. Ngā pūkenga kei a koe / What you’ll bring 8+ years in transaction services, M&A advisory or similar, with a track record of successful deal delivery. CA, CPA, CFA or equivalent professional qualification (post-graduate degree an advantage). Commercial acumen and first-class analytical skills.
