Business Unit Overview The Financial Decisions & Analysis team supports clients in evaluating investment opportunities, optimizing capital allocation, and improving financial performance. We deliver rigorous analysis and actionable insights to help clients make informed decisions and maximize value. How You’ll Contribute As a Financial Decisions & Analysis Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Performing detailed financial modelling and scenario analysis to support strategic decisions Analyzing historical and forecast performance, cash flows, and capital structures Preparing high-quality reports and presentations for clients and senior stakeholders Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions Supporting business development activities through research and proposal contributions Managing day-to-day engagement tasks and ensuring timely delivery of workstreams Building strong client relationships and demonstrating professionalism in all interactions Coaching junior team members and sharing technical knowledge Driving quality and efficiency in engagement delivery Upholding PwC’s values and fostering a collaborative, inclusive team culture What You’ll Bring 3–5 years of experience in financial modeling, financial analysis, corporate finance, or transaction advisory Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; master's degree is a plus Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, or CFA preferred Strong technical knowledge of financial modelling, valuation, and performance analysis Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage High level of adaptability and resilience in fast-paced environments Strong organisational and time management skills Your flexibility to travel up to 40% of the time. This means we may require you to work away from your base office location on a regular basis and frequent overnight stays may be required.
