The Role The Dean of the Medical School will provide visionary leadership, driving excellence in teaching, research, and clinical engagement. Reporting to the Executive Dean, this senior role oversees strategic planning, resource management, and stakeholder engagement, while fostering a collegial and high-performing culture. The Dean will lead a diverse team, maintain strong relationships with hospitals, health departments, and professional bodies, and champion innovation and continuous improvement across all aspects of the School’s operations. With specialist qualifications, complemented by a PhD or MD by research, the ideal candidate will have a globally recognised track record in research and clinical excellence.
