Prosperity Bank is an Equal Opportunity Employer.   POSITION PURPOSE  Responsible for all operations associated with Debit Cards, Internet Banking, and ACH (Automated Clearing House) origination and receiving.  Primary focus on Debit Card operations.   ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES  1. All associated debit card maintenance. 2. All related activities/efforts in mitigating debit card fraud. 3. All related debit card disputes. 4. Fulfill daily work/functions while adhering to bank policies and procedures and complying with all governmental rules/regulations. 5. Process and balance transaction entries. 6. All associated posting and reconciliation duties are performed timely and accurately. 7. Monitor the department’s support email box and assist banking centers via telephone support. 8. Assist with debit card issues, requests, and other Electronic Banking needs. 9. Cross train with other department associates for other various duties as assigned. 10. Resolve more complex issues presented to the department. 11. Be able to complete given projects with minimal supervision. 12. Serve as backup for day-to-day peer processes. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This role has no supervisory responsibilities.   QUALIFICATIONS           Education/Certification: High School Diploma or equivalent Required Knowledge: Great working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, Word, 10-key, typing, etc.   General knowledge of compliance and regulations procedures.  Experience Required: Banking experience preferred but not required. Skills/Abilities: Well organized. Ability to operate related computer applications and related business equipment. Ability to wear headsets. Attention to detail. Ability to maintain an effective and efficient workflow.   PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES AND REQUIREMENTS OF THIS POSITION Talking: Especially where one must frequently convey detailed or important instructions or ideas accurately, loudly, or quickly. Average Hearing: Able to hear average or normal conversations and receive ordinary information. Repetitive Motion: Movements frequently and regularly required using the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. Language Ability: Ability to read periodicals, journals, manuals, dictionaries, thesauruses, and encyclopedias. Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. 40 hours per week.
