ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Drain Technician / Sales Representative to join one of our client’s teams.
The role involves performing drain unclogging and plumbing maintenance services for residential and commercial clients, while advising and offering tailored solutions to prevent future drainage issues.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Diagnose the cause of clogs or water backups
• Perform unclogging on drains, toilets, sinks, bathtubs, garage pits, etc.
• Carry out high-pressure cleanings and remove roots when necessary
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of the worksite after each intervention
• Educate clients on the source of the issue and recommend preventive measures
• Present additional services or products such as annual maintenance and root protection
• Provide professional follow-ups to build strong client relationships
