Description

Red Recruitment are seeking for a Warehouse Be-Brief Coordinator. The successful candidate will play a vital role in making sure the drivers stay on track and everything runs like clockwork.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting drivers by helping them with delivery routes and instructions, ensuring everything is set for smooth and timely deliveries.
  • Debriefing drivers on performance, setting ambitious targets for improvement, and keeping standards high.
  • Managing paperwork and ensuring it’s completed with precision and efficiency.
  • Driving Health & Safety excellence by ensuring a secure and safe working environment at all times.
  • Providing real-time updates by liaising with drivers during their shifts to track delivery progress, and feeding back any important updates to the relevant departments.
  • Being the go-to person for drivers, briefing and debriefing them, and being the first point of contact for all queries. You’ll ensure all feedback is shared and help meet our key performance targets

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a transport or logistics environment is ideal.
  • Be PC literate (with solid skills in Word and Excel), and have an eagle eye for detail to keep operations running smoothly.
  • A strong understanding of transport legislation and logistics operations.
  • The ability to think on your feet and problem-solve quickly to keep things moving smoothly.
  • Experience with in-house transport management systems

Shift : Wednesday to Saturday
Hours: 09:00am - 20:00pm or 11:00am - 22:00pm
Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm
Pay: £11.71 per hour
