Job Description Support clients in structuring and executing debt financing solutions for real estate transactions (acquisition, development, refinancing). Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and alternative lenders to source optimal financing terms. Prepare and review financial models, investment memoranda, and credit analyses to support financing strategies. Coordinate and lead the debt raising process, including lender selection, negotiations, and closing. Conduct market analysis on financing conditions, lending trends, and capital markets dynamics. Work closely with internal teams (Capital Markets, Valuation, Investment Advisory) to deliver integrated advisory services. Assist in structuring complex transactions, including senior debt, mezzanine financing, and hybrid structures. Monitor ongoing transactions and support clients in managing lender relationships over time. Contribute to business development activities, including client pitches and preparation of marketing materials. Ensure high-quality deliverables and compliance with internal processes and industry best practices. Qualifications Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus). 2–5 years of experience in debt advisory, corporate finance, real estate finance, investment banking, or lending institutions. Strong understanding of real estate financing structures and capital markets dynamics. Solid financial modeling and analytical skills, with attention to detail. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Italian is required). Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients and lenders. Proactive mindset with a problem-solving attitude and commercial awareness. Team player with a high level of professionalism and integrity. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial databases is a plus.
