Remuneration is under the Clerks - Private Sector Award [MA000002].
REQUIREMENTS:

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Have high-level initiative, time management, ability to prioritise.
- An interest in learning something new every day.
- Be able to answer and direct phone calls with the utmost professionalism and friendliness.
- Be willing to undertake relevant training opportunities, as required.
- Have a knowledge of MS Office and some general knowledge of administrative responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Accountability Coach: Review and onboard clients while capturing their unique financial story. Communicate regularly to build trust and ensure progress.Provide coaching and guidance to clients empowering them to navigate their financial journey successfully.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with a supportive team of Angels to create positive outcomes.
- Client Advocacy: Manage client concerns and implement unique debt relief strategies.
- Communication Skills: Interact with diverse individuals, form trusted relationships, and maintain confidentiality.
- Organisation & Adaptability: Handle client onboarding, sensitive matters, and maintain thorough records.
- Proactive Follow-Up: Hold clients accountable and be their first point of contact.
