JOB DESCRIPTION:

CreditCare Credit Management LLC is currently seeking a Senior Collector to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in debt collection, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage a portfolio of delinquent accounts.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in debt collection (preferably in the UAE)
• Proven success in handling high-volume collection cases
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Familiarity with legal and financial recovery procedures
• Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
• Knowledge of CRM or collection software is an advantage

• Contact debtors via phone, email, and field visits to collect outstanding payments
• Develop repayment plans and negotiate settlements within company guidelines
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and recovery actions
• Prepare reports on collection status and follow-ups
• Collaborate with legal and field collection teams when necessary
• Ensure compliance with UAE collection laws and internal policies
• Meet monthly targets and KPIs set by management
