Job Description / Skills:

• Serve as a key member of a specialized Debt Collection team, focusing on unsecured debt recovery for leading South African credit providers.
• Conduct outbound calls to manage overdue unsecured accounts, presenting tailored payment solutions and securing outstanding balances.
• Provide clear, professional communication to respond to debtor inquiries, share account details, and outline collection protocols.
• Proactively engage with debtors to negotiate sustainable repayment solutions, ensuring full adherence to regulatory and legal standards.
• Maintain precise, comprehensive records of all communications, agreements, and payment arrangements.
• Apply advanced negotiation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills to navigate complex conversations with professionalism.

Specifications:

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in debt collection.
• Strong knowledge of unsecured debt recovery.
• Computer literate.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R5 500,00 per month
