We are seeking Debt Collection Professionals to join our team! You will be responsible for collecting payments on outstanding collection accounts. Compensation is based on salary plus generous commission.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in billing, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Organization is essential
• General understanding of local, state, and federal debt collection laws.

Responsibilities:

• Outbound/Inbound calls.
• Set up payment plans past due accounts
• Collect and post payments to customer accounts by debit, credit or ACH
• Initiate legal proceedings if applicable.
• Locate and contact debtors by telephone and/or mail to attempt recovery.
• Keep records and status of customer’s account
