THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a Telephone Debt Collection Specialist to join our supportive, team-focused environment. In this role, you’ll be the vital link in helping customers resolve their accounts with professionalism, empathy, and effective negotiation skills.
We’re also seeking someone with the potential to step into a 2IC (Second-in-Charge) position, supporting leadership and helping drive team performance as the business continues to grow.

Job Types: Permanent, Casual
Pay: $30.00 – $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 38 per week
