We are looking for someone to join our team who can:

• Represent themselves and our company professionally
• Maintain a calm demeanor
• Deal with delinquent consumers
• Either arrange payment or affect action on accounts
• Liaise with our clientele.

We would prefer someone with experience in first party collection or third party collections (Canada or US), but if you have experience in a related field (client support, legal, call centre, etc) we will certainly consider you. Additional languages such as English, French or Spanish are a definite plus.
Our office is unlike a typical third party collection agency … we work smart, not hard. We let our team members manage themselves, and we are willing to let them grow their skills and responsibilities with our company.

We would like to offer our new team member:

• A flexible work schedule
• A starting salary between $2900 and $3200 per month dependent on experience.
