Teqniq is searching for a Enforcement Support Officer to work in the public sector.
35 hours per week.
3 months contract.
11:00-19:00

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Responsibilities:
Debt collection, including proactive debtor case management.
Handling telephone calls, including managing difficult conversations and resolving conflicts effectively.
Processing card transactions and other back-office administrative tasks.
Utilizing reporting systems and providing updates to line management.
Ideal Candidate:We are looking for someone who has:
Experience in the debt recovery industry, ideally with knowledge of the Taking Control of Goods Regulations 2014.
Strong call-handling skills, with the ability to manage difficult or sensitive conversations professionally.
Familiarity with the following systems:
Academy systems
Enterprise Info@Work
Debt Recovery OneStep system
AIM payment portal processing systems
Excellent organizational skills to manage workloads effectively.
A proactive and adaptable approach to handling a variety of tasks.
