About the Role We are seeking a Debt Settlement Negotiator to join our Las Vegas office. In this role, you will work closely with our attorneys to negotiate settlements on unsecured debt accounts before litigation. You’ll manage a pipeline of accounts, meet critical deadlines, and advocate for the best possible outcomes for our clients. This position requires strong communication, time management, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. What you’ll do: Contact creditors, collection agencies, and law offices to negotiate settlements on behalf of clients. Manage a pipeline of accounts and meet performance targets (KPIs). Calculate acceptable settlement offers based on internal guidelines. Communicate with clients to assess available funds and discuss settlement options. Prepare and submit documentation for settlement approvals and payments. Review settlement letters for accuracy and compliance. Requirements Associate’s degree or higher from an accredited institution At least two (2) years of experience in debt settlement negotiations or collections. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent time management and organizational abilities. Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Office. Self-motivated with a “go-getter” attitude and a client-first mindset. Preferred: Bilingual in English and Spanish. Experience working in a legal or financial services environment.
