Description We are looking for a Sales Manager with Debt Settlement experience. You should have at least 2 years of experience managing a sales team in debt settlement or a similar industry. The manager is responsible for coaching, training, and motivating their sales team on a day-to-day basis. This role oversees sales teams focused on debt settlement and other credit-related products. The leader must be intensely focused on maximizing sales team potential and hitting company sales goals. Requirements ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assess the strengths and weaknesses of Debt Settlement Consultants and manage the sales program accordingly Provides real-time support for Debt Settlement Consultants as they close new deals Develops and implements new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs Achieves growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team • Implements planning, incentives, and communications for the assigned team. Monitors employee productivity and motivate team to reach daily goals Supervises team in accordance with company policies and procedures Maintains in-depth understanding of current and proposed legislation; enforces regulations; recommends new procedures; and ensures compliance with legal requirements. Establishes internal business relationships and facilitates the implementation of product changes through other parts of the organization Identify, develop and initiate innovations and solutions where precedents and procedures may not exist; work cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 3+ years in leadership sales position Must possess strong analytical and organizational skills; takes initiative 3+ years of experience in Credit and Debt Settlement industry Ability to work in self-directed, fast-paced environment Highly proficient computer skills including email, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
