JOB SUMMARY

Fortress Debt Relief is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Certified Debt Specialist with proven experience in debt settlement. This role is designed for professionals who already understand the industry, know how to successfully enroll clients into settlement programs, and can deliver a positive client experience while maintaining high retention. You’ll be working with pre-qualified, warm leads — no cold calling.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have proven experience in debt relief, debt settlement, or related financial services
  • Strong sales ability with a track record of enrolling clients into programs
  • Ability to think quickly on your feet and confidently handle objections or concerns
  • Retention and follow-up discipline to ensure client success and minimize cancellations
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and communication tools (Outlook, Vici Dial, RingCentral, etc.)
  • Computer setup capable of handling a high volume of calls (fast processor, reliable internet, headset, quiet workspace)
  • Tech-savvy, highly organized, and able to manage multiple clients at different stages of the enrollment cycle
  • Self-motivated with a genuine desire to help clients improve their financial well-being

Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients regarding debt-related inquiries, payment options, and settlement programs
