Job Summary Job summary: To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Debug Technician located in Aguascalientes The debug technician will be in charge of analyzing PCBAs that present any failure for defect detection and their subsequent repair. The debug technician will provide feedback to the other engineering areas for process improvement and prevention of future faults. What a typical day looks like: • Detect and diagnose process defects that cause failures in electronic boards. • Operate measurement instruments such as multimeter, LCR, oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, etc., and perform special tests as required. • Contribute to the development of diagnostic guides based on the findings made. • Help monitor failure trends for the continuous improvement of production processes. • Follow all safety regulations and report unsafe conditions to the supervisor. • Work together with technicians and engineers from other areas for the diagnosis and feedback of defects found. • Provide training and guidance on PCBA debugging to other debug technicians. The experience we’re looking to add to our team: * Knowledge of Analog and Digital Electronics. ● Solving electrical circuits. ● Operational amplifiers. ● Understanding of basic electronics Passive / Active. * Handling of measurement instruments: ● Multimeter ● Oscilloscope * Reading and understanding electronic diagrams (schematics). * Desirable: ● Handling of Spectrum Analyzer. ● Basic knowledge of Radio Frequency. ● Previous experience in Diagnosis / repair of electronic boards ● Basic knowledge of the operation of ICT/FCT testing equipment.
