Description 2nd SHIFT POSITION comes with a 25% shift differential pay! Job Responsibilities include: Removing sharp edges, burrs, and imperfections from manufactured parts using various manual and power tools to ensure a smooth, safe finish. They inspect finished products for quality, follow blueprints or work instructions, and may use specialized equipment like grinders or sanders. Support other team members as directed. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Stoop/bend/kneel/crouch/balance/climb on an occasional basis Must be able to stand for extended periods of time Heavy work, lifting up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on a rare basis Requirements 3+ years of Deburr/General Laborer job shop experience Must have a great work ethic and be a team player Must have your own tools Born in US, or INS certificate of naturalization REQUIRED
