We will train entry-level candidates and are looking for seasoned deburr technicians too. Day Shift: Monday through Thursday, 5 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Swing Shift: Monday through Thursday, 3:30 p.m. to 2 a.m. -- swing shift offers an industry-leading hourly shift differential This position is on-site (not hybrid/not remote) at our Tualatin headquarters and does not offer Visa sponsorship or transfer of Visa sponsorship. Requirements No experience required, but having these desired skills is a plus: Preference for candidates that have worked with precision machined parts. Cleaning, deburr, sanding, lapping, etc. Automotive experience Should be proficient at using both power and hand tools: DA Sander, Drills, Dremel, Torque Drivers, etc. Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs. Stand for an extended period of time Ability to read and understand customer specifications, prints & drawings Preference will be given to candidates with prior fabrication experience (manufacturing, construction, etc.) Preference will be given to candidates with prior machine shop experience Valid driver’s license The employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily and, if requested, reasonable accommodations will be made to enable employees with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job, absent undue hardship.
