JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a skilled Deburrer to join our team in a CNC machining environment, supporting the production of aerospace components. The successful candidate will be responsible for removing burrs, sharp edges, and other imperfections from machined parts, ensuring precision and quality standards are met.

REQUIREMENTS:

- - 1-2 years of experience in deburring or a related role in a CNC machining environment
- - Aerospace industry experience preferred
- - Strong understanding of CNC machining processes, materials, and tolerances
- - Proficiency with hand tools, deburring machines, and other equipment
- - Attention to detail, with a focus on quality and precision
- - Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- - Remove burrs, sharp edges, and other imperfections from machined parts using hand tools, deburring machines, and other equipment
- - Inspect parts for defects, imperfections, and conformance to specifications
- - Utilize knowledge of CNC machining processes and materials to optimize deburring techniques
- - Collaborate with CNC machinists, quality control, and other teams to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output
- - Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and 5S standards
