Job Description: In this role, the candidate will work in a positive team environment backed by supportive management. The candidate will use small hand tools to clean up cosmetic issues on complex parts, including deburring, sanding, and polishing parts during the Manufacturing Process, as well as running an automated tumbling machine. Job Responsibilities: Use small hand tools to clean up cosmetic issues on parts Read and comprehend information on shop job travelers Use basic precision measurement tools Compare estimate times on job travelers to actual times Follow all standardized work procedures and specific instructions given by the supervisor Requirements Job Requirements Basic math skills. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, blueprints, and procedure manuals. Understands processes used in removing scratches, excess weld material, and burs. High degree of manual dexterity while using a microscope. The use of a microscope is required for up to 8 hours per day. Sitting for a long period up to 8 hours per day. Strong written & oral communication skills to support business needs in an English-speaking environment. Ability to effectively communicate with employees of the organization. Ability to understand how their actions may affect other portions of the business. Hours: Tuesday - Friday; 3:30pm - 12:00am and Saturday 7am - 3:30pm.
