Description
Hydraulics International, Inc (HII) seeks a highly skilled and experienced Deburring Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for using various hand tools and machines to remove burrs and sharp edges from metal parts and components. The deburring technician will be tasked with ensuring that all parts meet quality standards and specifications. Key Responsibilities: * Perform deburring operations on metal parts and components using various hand tools and machines. * Inspect parts and components to identify burrs and sharp edges and determine the appropriate deburring method. * Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and height gauges to ensure parts meet specifications. * Record and document all necessary data related to the deburring process. * Maintain a clean and safe work environment. * Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and procedures. * Perform routine maintenance on deburring equipment as needed. Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent. * 1-2 years of experience in deburring or similar manufacturing environment. * Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. * Proficiency in the use of hand tools such as grinders, sanders, and files. * Familiarity with measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and height gauges. * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of quality. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions. Schedule: M-F 7am-3:30pm Pay rate:  $18.50- $19.50 HR.
