Long-Lewis of Decatur is looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Sales Assistant. In this position, you will be assisting our sales leaders and managers in running the daily operations of our new and used vehicle departments. In this role, you’ll be the organizational backbone—handling scheduling, reports, inventory updates, and helping ensure customers have a seamless experience. You’ll work closely with sales managers and gain hands-on experience that can lead to advancement opportunities. Salary Range: $40,000 to $60,000+ based on experience. Key Responsibilities * Coordinating daily schedules and meetings for sales managers and staff. * Managing sales-related administrative tasks such as reporting, document tracking, and updating inventory. * Supporting internal inventory control processes, including tracking vehicle deliveries and lot organization. * Assisting with internal communication and preparation for team meetings and training. * Ensuring compliance with dealership policies and helping to maintain a customer-first experience. Qualifications Required: * Experience in an administrative, sales support, or customer service role. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. * High attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities. * Availability to work full-time, including evenings and Saturdays Preferred (Not Required): * Interest in developing leadership or management skills over time. * Experience in a dealership or retail sales environment. * Familiarity with inventory management software. * Basic understanding of sales processes or reporting.
