About the position Location: Bengaluru Hybrid As Decision Intelligence Lead, you will manage a team of five to six developers responsible for building and optimising Power BI reports and analytics solutions. Beyond delivery, you will act as a key partner for all solutions including advanced analytics and AI supported by the AI and Decision Intelligence team, ensuring that verticals such as FP&A, RGM, CMI, and Supply Chain receive proactive, scalable, and impactful intelligence products So, what does it take to be successful in this role? Leading and mentoring a high-performing analytics team – You’ll manage 5–6 Power BI and analytics developers, fostering technical excellence, collaboration, and innovation while ensuring timely delivery of impactful dashboards and reports. Overseeing the creation of high-quality Power BI reports and dashboards – You’ll ensure all reports align with business priorities and deliver clear narratives for insights and decision-making, championing best practices in data modelling, visualization, and automation. Driving strategic intelligence solutions – You’ll partner with business verticals (example, RGM, CMI, Supply Chain, etc.) to co-create scalable, actionable insights products, including advanced analytics and AI-driven solutions. Governance and Operations – You’ll ensure robust operational resilience, data governance, security, and compliance across all reporting and analytics solutions, maintaining integrity and reliability of data platforms. Collaborating cross-functionally to enable adoption – You’ll act as a key enabler for AI and analytics solutions, translating business needs into tool-agnostic, scalable frameworks that deliver measurable impact.
