Responsibilities:

As a Decision Science Analyst, you’ll work directly with our Security & Loss Prevention team to extract, explore, validate, and cleanse data using advanced coding techniques. You’ll design and apply analytical and statistical models to segment, describe, and understand our customers and their purchasing habits and proclivities. You’ll serve as a strategic thought Partner, providing perspective and recommendations to solve business challenges. Keeping expenses and profit loss under control is critical to growing our business. Our Loss Prevention Team works to minimize the loss of profits, systematically reduce shrink, and thwart organized criminal activity
