Overview Job Summary Analytical and detail-oriented professional responsible for supporting clinical operations through data-driven insights, evidence-based decision tools, and optimization of electronic health record (EHR) workflows. Works closely with nursing, physicians, finance, and administrative leadership to enhance revenue cycle. Utilizes clinical expertise and technical proficiency to translate complex clinical processes into meaningful reports, dashboards, and decision support solutions. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to identify performance gaps, develop improvement strategies, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Maintains a strong understanding of clinical practice standards and regulatory requirements. Qualifications HS/GED Required Bachelor's in Nursing, Business, HIM or related fields preferred RN, RHIA or RHIT preferred Two years of Healthcare related experience in a hospital setting preferred.
