QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma/GED required
Minimum 3 years of experience teaching swim lessons
Minimum 2 years of staff supervision or management experience
Experience working in a customer-service oriented environment preferred
Water Safety Instructor, Lifeguard, or other swim-related certification preferred
Successful background check required
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES NEEDED:
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to maintain a safe and positive learning environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
