Join Australia’s leading aquaculture team in a dynamic marine environment. Are you an experienced deckhand with a strong safety mindset and a passion for working on the water? We’re looking for a skilled professional to support our operations at our Barramundi site in Cone Bay, Western Australia. This is a 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off roster, offering a unique opportunity to work in a remote, fast-paced aquaculture setting while enjoying extended time off. What You’ll Need to Succeed MED2 and Master V qualifications – essential for marine operations. Forklift and crane tickets – for safe and efficient handling of equipment. Dogging and rigging experience – to support complex lifting operations. Fish farming experience – ideally in marine environments. A strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and operational excellence. What You’ll Be Doing Supporting daily marine farm operations including feeding, net maintenance, and fish handling. Operating vessels and equipment safely and efficiently. Assisting with infrastructure maintenance and logistics. Working collaboratively with a close-knit team in a remote location. Why Join Us?
