Description Position Summary The Decoration Coordinator is responsible for monitoring, organizing, and aiding in the overall efficient flow of the production/embroidery operation. The Decoration Coordinator works closely with production teams, Customer Service, Art & Digitizing, and leadership to resolve issues and deliver a consistent, high-quality finished product and positive experience. Responsibilities and Duties Overseas production schedule and partners with appropriate internal departments as needed to ensure schedule is accurate and achievable. Uses company systems to verify inventory availability and order accuracy, helping prevent production delays. Reviews, allocates, and releases orders for warehouse/production team. Inspects patches that arrive to ensure they match artwork, and updates systems accordingly. Point of Contact for production when questions arise and partners with internal departments/leadership as needed. Work cross-departmentally to solve issues by assisting with updating documentation/work orders, re-training, providing better visibility etc. Coordinates with internal teams to resolve inventory issues and support order reallocation or rescheduling. Willingness to back up other operational areas as needed. Requirements High school graduate education or GED Skilled with a solid understanding of production environment preferred. Proficient and well versed with computer software such as SAP Business One, Warehouse Management Systems, and general work order management systems. Good design sense with an eye for colors, shapes, and attention to detail. Strong organizational, communication (verbal & written), and decision-making skills. Two – Four years of higher education preferred, but not required. Bilingual a plus, but not required. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
