Responsibilities

WHY THIS ROLE

Evolve’s mission is to make vacation rental easy for everyone. Unlike DIY or traditional local property managers, Evolve’s fresh approach to vacation rental management empowers homeowners and builds trust with guests.
The Evolve Dedicated Advisor will develop strong relationships with Evolve owners to ensure success and growth in their partnership with Evolve. They will be a dedicated resource to contribute towards the development of sales strategies by helping an owner maximize their success and achieve their desired goals.
Success looks very different for all owners and it will be the responsibility of the Dedicated Advisor to deeply understand every single owner in their book of business and help develop a unique and customized plan to help that owner achieve success long term.
By helping as many owners as possible grow a valuable partnership with Evolve the Dedicated Advisor will develop longer-lasting relationships leading to durable growth via increased LTV and owner NPS.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Retain a high-value book of business of ~150 Evolve owners
  • Grow strong and strategic relationships with existing Evolve owners and work to retain current owners to help reduce churn.
  • Act as a performance expert by delivering key analytical data on owners real estate portfolios.
  • Position yourself as an expert and a go-to resource for Evolve owners to have a one-stop shop for support, success, and growth
  • Be proactive in your book of business
  • Cross-sell additional Evolve service offerings to maximize the value of your book of business while staying up to date on industry news and trends in the short-term rental space.
  • Increase NPS and LTV of book of business through upselling of management tiers, expanded calendar availability, upgraded amenities, additional properties, and other value-add services.
  • Provide market and property analysis to owners to help them identify opportunities to grow their portfolios with Evolve
  • Conduct in-depth monthly and quarterly performance reviews with owners
  • Cross-functional collaboration with all departments internally to provide the best owner experience.
  • Staying up to date on industry news and trends to provide recommendations to owners on potential impacts on their business
  • Capture owner feedback and preferences to inform future product and service roadmaps
