Description

We are looking for a Dedicated Cover Receptionist to join our Rapport Network Team. The successful applicant will mainly be based at one of our client’s sites near Bank station. However, as a Network Team Ambassador, you may be asked to work on rotation at different Rapport sites at any point (e.g., London’s West-End, City of London, Canary Wharf, Greater London area, and within the M25).
Type of Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday, shift rota between 7 AM and 9 PM, as per business needs)

Responsibilities
  • At this particular client site, you will be required to work as a receptionist, lobby host, podium host and support with switchboard and helpdesk duties
  • Proactively dealing with guest requests in an efficient, friendly, and timely manner, ensuring all business requirements are dealt with promptly and professionally
  • Handling all external and internal calls in a professional manner
  • Communicating effectively with other departments and service providers, creating a ‘one team’ approach to delighting our guests
  • Adopting a flexible and adaptable approach when dealing with ad-hoc duties as required, and or potential shift/location changes
