We are recruiting for a Dedicated Cover Receptionist to join our Rapport team. You will be working across a portfolio of 17 buildings between Victoria and London City. Working within a team of 40 Rapport Ambassadors, the Dedicated Cover Receptionist is a dynamic role, providing the opportunity to be across a number of different properties. This is an ideal position for someone that is highly motivated by variety and working with a diverse team.
This role will begin as a Dedicated Cover Receptionist, and then, the successful candidate will be transferred over to our Rapport Network Team to cover multiple sites across our Rapport contracts in London and within the M25. This is a fantastic opportunity for exposure and training over a range of properties, extending out to our wider Rapport network.
Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota basis between 7 AM and 9 PM)

  • Delivering excellent guest service and welcome, ensuring all guests are acknowledged in a professional manner in line with brand standards
  • Maintaining the necessary awareness of building facilities to advise and direct guests appropriately
  • Ensuring that all attendees are pre-registered and that bookings without names are reconfirmed on the day
  • Proactively dealing with enquiries and requests in person, via the telephone or email, in a timely and professional manner
  • Supporting different buildings, depending on the demand of the operation
