ROLE SUMMARY

As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in acquiring new clients, managing ongoing relationships, and supporting service delivery. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Actively identify and approach potential clients for Unipuler’s services.
  • Promote services across IT, consultancy, care, and recruitment sectors.
  • Represent Unipuler in video calls, presentations, and social media engagements.
  • Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with assigned clients.
  • Coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure service satisfaction.
  • Track and report leads, conversions, and client feedback regularly.
  • Maintain a clear understanding of client needs to upsell or cross-sell services.
