Our client, a growing manufacturer, is seeking a Deductions Analyst to join their team. This role will focus on collecting outstanding payments, resolving customer deductions, and maintaining accurate account records.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE DEDUCTION ANALYST:

• 2+ years of Deductions, AR, or collections experience.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, formulas, macros).
• Detail-oriented with good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.

• The Deductions Analyst will follow up with customers on past-due invoices and apply payments.
• Research and resolve deductions related to pricing, shortages, returns, and freight.
• Work with Sales and Customer Service to verify deduction claims and recover invalid ones.
• Reconcile customer accounts and ensure records are up to date.
• Track deduction trends and assist with reporting and process improvements.
• Support audits and help improve cash flow performance.
