Job Description

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in multi-brand diagnostics and repair.
  • Strong knowledge of both mechanical and electrical systems across various brands.
  • Proficiency with OEM and aftermarket diagnostic tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Diploma/Degree in Automotive Engineering or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out advanced diagnostics and resolve complex issues in engines, transmissions, drivetrains, suspension, and electrical/electronic systems.
  • Carry out in-depth repairs using OEM and aftermarket diagnostic tools.
  • Interpret wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and service bulletins to identify and resolve issues.
  • Support sanity inspections and conduct quality checks before releasing vehicles.
  • Collaborate with service advisors to provide accurate repair timelines and cost estimates.
  • Train, guide, and mentor junior technicians in repair methods and workshop practices.
  • Ensure all repairs meet safety, quality, and manufacturer standards.
  • Keep updated with the latest automotive technologies, software, and repair procedures.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient workshop environment.
