The role We’re seeking a driven and motivated Marketing Lead to support and execute our marketing and growth initiatives across B2B and B2C channels. You will be responsible for supporting day-to-day marketing activities, assisting with campaign execution, content coordination, and performance tracking across digital channels. This role requires strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment. You’ll play an important role in supporting qlub’s expansion, working closely with internal teams and partners to help deliver frictionless guest experiences and empower restaurants to thrive. As a Marketing Lead focusing on digital marketing execution and brand support, what you’ll be driving: Supporting the execution of B2B and B2C marketing campaigns Assisting with social media content planning, posting, and basic community management Supporting email, WhatsApp, and paid digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads – where applicable) Coordinating marketing materials and content with internal teams and external partners Tracking campaign performance and preparing basic reports and insights Supporting market research and competitor analysis Assisting with day-to-day marketing operations and coordination tasks. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field Fluency in English is a must 3–6 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or growth roles (startup or fast-paced environment preferred) Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, performance marketing, and funnel metrics Hands-on experience with social media management, campaign execution, and content coordination Experience working with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, ad platforms) Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with strong attention to detail Data-driven mindset with the ability to balance strategy and execution Comfortable working in ambiguity and taking ownership in a fast-growing startup environment.
