JOB DESCRIPTION

Working as part of a team to deliver responsive Management Information (MI) by developing and running analyses, reports and dashboards ensuring that delivered outputs are accurate, complete, meaningful, iaw MoD Security and GDPR rules and presented to meet Customers’ business requirements.
Provide first line support and advice for MI reporting queries and service requests.
Maintain working relationships with MI Customers ensuring that requirements are clearly understood, achievable, accurately articulated, offering advice where appropriate to ensure Customer requirements are met.
Develop and maintain a range of Mil Pers and MI subject knowledge relating to the use, development and exploitation of MI and MI Tools.
Maintain MI records on SharePoint iaw current Retention Policy.
