As a Framework Manager, you'll be the key liaison for framework activities on our client’s site, ensuring seamless collaboration, strategic alignment, and operational excellence across multi-million-pound projects. 🎯 Key Responsibilities 💡 Strategic Oversight & Relationship Building Act as the primary point of contact for all framework-related queries Foster strong relationships with the client and collaborate closely with the Key Account Manager Build and maintain stakeholder maps and zipper plans 📊 Governance & Compliance Ensure compliance with bid and project governance frameworks Manage and update the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system and key KPIs Oversee full framework lifecycle: award ➝ execution ➝ performance ➝ renewal/termination 🔧 Operational Support Support day-to-day operations across projects and bids Help align project delivery with up-to-date client intelligence and strategy Work with operations to deliver a framework plan that maximises value for Assystem 🛠 Risk & Issue Management Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies Support in resolving disputes and enforcing contractual rights 🧰 Framework Improvement & Innovation Contribute to the development of contract management tools and templates Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and feedback Qualifications 🧠 Essential Skills & Qualifications ✅ Deep understanding of Nuclear Submarine operations ✅ Proven experience in framework or large-scale contract management ✅ Excellent stakeholder engagement and supplier relationship skills ✅ Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities ✅ Able to manage multiple priorities with autonomy and confidence ✅ Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal Additional Information Please be aware that many roles at Assystem are subject to both security and export control restrictions.
