WHAT YOUR DAYS WILL LOOK LIKE

• Working with our Defence Sector and wider Technology teams you will be Architecting innovative E2E Architecture solutions over multiple technologies and designing the roadmap of change required.
• Working closely with our clients in the Defence space to bring outside in perspectives and solutions to accelerate their strategies through adoption of new and emerging technologies.
• Mentoring and guiding the teams under you to build our next generation of architects and accelerate the growth of our capabilities (L&D, Assets, continuous pursuit of innovations – e.g. Cloud / Data / AI orchestration)
• Technical oversight of multiple projects / programmes deliveries ensuring the architectural vision set at the beginning of transformation is met

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our Defence Sector E2E Solution Architects and Enterprise Architects play a pivotal role in:

• Shaping and advancing our sector technology & architectural reference assets to ensure they remain at the cutting edge.
• Crafting visionary targets tech enabled business platforms and strategic roadmaps to get there for clients undergoing complex transformations.
• Fostering innovation and leading the growth of our technology & architectural capabilities by implementing advanced architectural and technological strategies that drive exceptional business outcomes.

They lead in originating, solutioning, designing and delivering complex transformations within the sector to enable these outcomes.

THE ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE

• Exceptional expertise in Defence Sector business and technology architecture.
• Proven ability to solution, design and implement tech enabled business solutions for Tier 1 clients
• Distinctive skills in E2E Solution Architecture and Enterprise Architecture.
• Proven leadership in shaping and leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver intricate solutions
• Strong familiarity with the sector’s vendor landscape, with leading certifications (e.g. TOGAF, key vendors, agile methodologies e.g. SAFe) and eagerness to pursue them.
• Thorough understanding of the Cloud, data, and AI markets and technologies.
• Supports business development alongside client delivery and practice expansion.
• Adaptable, with a commitment to continuous learning and skill enhancement.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills – navigating from 1* and above, C-suite, Directors and operational.
  The role requires the individual to be a UK sole national, and to have SC clearance as a minimum or be eligible to achieve this level of clearance
