Description

At AXA, we rely on the talent, courage and resilience of everyone to succeed. That’s why we’re open, supportive, challenging and empowering. We encourage our people to learn and grow their career in the direction that’s right for them. We’re recruiting two Defendant Paralegal’s to join AXA’s in house Legal Services Unit (LSU) here in AXA Retail.
LSU is AXA’s in-house legal department. It’s responsible for managing litigated claims on behalf of AXA and its policyholders. In this role, you’ll be managing a litigated portfolio of approximately 100 motor claims that have been brought against AXA/and or its policyholders.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You’ll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at our Gloucester office, visiting clients or attending industry events. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
