Position Description: We are seeking to fill a Production Engineer position to support production of missile defense hardware for U.S. and international customers. This individual will work with the U.S. and international governments as well as leading U.S. and international defense contractors to:

• Assess production plans and execution to identify and mitigate production risks,
• Establish, and assess compliance to, criteria for certification of production contractor readiness to initiate production,
• Assess contractor production progress,
• Identify current and potential future production issues,
• Assist in developing solutions to production issues as they arise,
• Execute Production Readiness Reviews (PRRs) of system and component production lines and First Article Inspections
• Assess supply chain robustness and conduct supplier surveys to identify potential second supplier sources

Education Requirements: Bachelors degree in STEM field
Security Clearance Requirements: Ability to obtain Secret Clearance required.
Experience Requirements: 7+ years working on missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD program/project.
Anticipated Salary Range: $100K - $140K, dependent on experience
