We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Deficiency Quoting Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing inspection reports, identifying code and maintenance deficiencies, and preparing accurate and competitive quotes for remedial work.

Responsibilities
  • Review inspection reports and service records to identify deficiencies in fire protection systems (sprinklers, alarms, extinguishers, emergency lighting, etc.)
  • Accurately create quotes for required repairs or upgrades in a timely manner
  • Communicate with field technicians and service coordinators to clarify deficiencies and confirm details
  • Follow up on open quotes and support the sales and operations teams in closing opportunities
  • Contact customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
  • Maintain organized and updated records of quotes and client communications in our Service Trade software.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service, addressing inquiries, and understanding their business needs.
