Description

DELAGROUP IS RECRUITING CUSTOMER SUPPORT ASSISTANTS FOR ONE OF ITS CLIENTS LOCATED IN THE NORTHERN REGION OF PORTUGAL (PORTO).

The ideal candidate must meet the following requirements:

  • Proficiency in English at C1 or C2 level (eliminatory requirement)
  • Native or C2 level proficiency in Swedish, Dutch, Finnish, or Norwegian (eliminatory requirement)
  • Experience in customer support, particularly in handling inbound calls, responding to customers via email, and providing real-time chat support (preferred requirement)
  • Computer literacy from a user’s perspective
  • Interest in customer service
  • Clear and assertive communication skills
  • If the candidate does not reside in the country, relocation is possible (1 month of free accommodation, flight ticket, and 1 month of public transport included).

Working hours: Rotating shifts and days off.
Work model: Hybrid – Initial training and first few months on-site at the client’s office in Porto, followed by the possibility of hybrid working.
