Localisation: Casablanca Contexte du poste: Dans le cadre du développement de l’activité Vaccins Adultes, le Délégué Médical / Adult Vaccine Specialist contribue au lancement, à la structuration et à la croissance de vaccins adultes innovants, en partenariat avec les acteurs clés du système de santé. Missions principales: Déployer la stratégie marketing et médicale sur son territoire. Développer et animer un réseau de médecins spécialistes vaccinateurs. Assurer une promotion scientifique de haut niveau en vaccinologie adulte. Identifier et développer des partenariats avec cliniques, hôpitaux et pharmacies. Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des plans d’affaires territoriaux. Mettre en place des initiatives orientées clients pour générer une croissance incrémentale. Analyser les données de performance et ajuster les plans d’action. Gérer efficacement le budget du territoire. Profil recherché: Bac+3 minimum. Minimum 5 ans d’expérience dans l’industrie pharmaceutique. Expérience confirmée en promotion auprès des professionnels de santé. Réseau actif dans le secteur privé. Solides compétences en communication scientifique. Capacité à analyser des données et piloter la performance. Esprit collaboratif, leadership et autonomie. Connaissance parfaite du français. Responsibilities
